  • Publication number: 20230383770
Abstract: A safety valve arrangement includes a fluid distributor to which a first supply valve, a first pilot valve and a first safety valve are assigned. The first supply valve selectively releases or blocks a first supply channel extending in the fluid distributor between a first supply port and a first working port. The first pilot valve selectively releases or blocks a first pilot channel extending in the fluid distributor between a first pilot air inlet and a first pilot air outlet, and the first safety valve selectively releases or blocks a first safety channel which extends between the first working port and a first safety outlet. A first separation channel, which is permanently open to the environment, is located between the first supply channel and the first pilot channel to ensure a fluid separation between the first supply channel and the first pilot channel.

  • Publication number: 20230364780
Abstract: A pivot joint for a robot, including a double-acting pneumatic pivot actuator, which has a first working chamber with a first working port and a second working chamber with a second working port, and further including a valve arrangement having a first valve group for a selective connection of the first working port to one of a pressurization port and an exhaust port, and having a second valve group for a selective connection of the second working port to one of the pressurization port and the exhaust port. The valve arrangement includes a safety valve which is connected to the first working port and to the second working port and which is configured for blocking a connection between the first working port and the second working port in a blocking position and for releasing the connection between the first working port and the second working port in a release position.

  • Patent number: 11009047
Abstract: A rotary drive device has a fluid-actuated rotary drive with a drive housing and a drive unit which is rotative relative thereto. The drive unit includes a drive shaft and a pivot piston, non-rotatably arranged thereon, separating two drive chambers from one another. For controlling the fluid-actuated rotary drive, a control valve arrangement including at least one electrically actuatable control valve is provided, which is attached to the drive housing and in this way is combined with the rotary drive to form a drive assembly that can be handled as a single unit. Furthermore, a robot arm is proposed, which has the rotary drive device as an arm joint connecting two arm members.

  • Patent number: 10851812
Abstract: A rotary drive device has a fluid-actuated rotary drive which has a drive housing and a drive unit rotatable about a main axis relative to the drive housing. The drive unit contains a pivot piston which divides two drive chambers from one another in the interior of the drive housing, which can be supplied with compressed air fluidic pressure medium controlled by a control fluid channel system, in order to cause a rotational movement of the drive unit. The rotary drive is equipped with a pressure detecting device, which enables pressure detection of the fluid pressure prevailing in the two drive chambers by means of pressure detecting channels formed separately with respect to the control fluid channel system. A robot arm is also proposed, which includes the rotary drive device as an arm joint.

  • Patent number: 6451459
Abstract: Diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) based polymers and copolymers comprising the following units wherein x is chosen in the range of from 0.005 to 1, and y from 0.995 to 0, and wherein x+y=1, and wherein Ar1 and Ar2 independently from each other stand for blends of such polymers and copolymers with other polymers, their use for the preparation of electroluminescent (“EL”) devices and EL devices comprising such polymers or copolymers.
