  • Patent number: 9586380
Abstract: A pressurized steam molded multilayer lining for heat and sound insulation comprising a first layer forming a reinforcement layer made of a blended web of polyamide matrix material in the form of powder or fibers or flakes and reinforcement fibers, and at least a second layer chosen from an open cell foam layer, or a heat reflecting layer, or a second reinforcement layer made of a blended web of polyamide matrix material in the form of powder or fibers or flakes and reinforcement fibers, and whereby due to the pressurized steam molding, all layers are laminated together and all available blended webs are consolidated to form porous reinforcement layers.

  • Patent number: 9505178
Abstract: Production method for a multilayer lining for thermal and sound insulation with the steps of blending reinforcement fibers and polyamide matrix material, in the form of fibers, flakes or powder, and forming a web of said blend; layering said blended web and at least an additional layer chosen from an open cell foam layer, a heat reflective layer, or another of said blended web inside a mold; treating the stacked multilayer material with pressurized saturated steam, such that the polyamide matrix material in the blended web is melting at a temperature under steam pressure that is lower than the melting temperature of the polyamide matrix according to DSC, thereby binding the reinforcement fibers together thus consolidating the blended web forming a porous reinforcement layer, and all layers of the multilayer are laminated together.

  • Publication number: 20090107049
Abstract: Disclosed is a blocking element, especially for a gate used as a checkpoint, comprising two sector-shaped gate wings (4, 4?) which are mounted on a support (2) located in a housing be means of the tapering internal side thereof so as to be pivotable about a horizontal swivel pin (5) while said gate wings (4, 4?) can be slid over or into each other or pulled apart in a fan-like or telescope-like manner to block or unblock the passage when a signal is generated. The two gate wings (4, 4?) are mounted near the floor so as to be pivotable about a common swivel pin (5) while the radius thereof corresponds approximately to the height of the support (2) and the housing. Both gate wings (4, 4?) are driven only via a lever system (10, 13, 14) controlled by a driving motor (7).

  • Publication number: 20090110341
Abstract: According to the invention, a bearing for a circular rotatable disc (4) on a support may be achieved by means of several, preferably three rollers (6) which roll on the circumference thereof which are positionally fixed but which may rotate on the support (3). The bearing is simpler and economical to produce is also reliable and hardly subject to wear. The bearing offers optimal guidance and support especially as a three-point bearing.
