In particular, the Invention is a one-size-fits-all or relatively generically sized flexible and resilient cap-like device with affixed flexible internal protrusions or tines, for use in the cleansing, massaging and stimulation of the human head, hair and scalp. The tines may be of various shapes and disposed in various arrays or patterns, depending upon desired application.
