  • Publication number: 20260083685
Abstract: The present invention relates to using monoterpene or sesquiterpene to permeabilize the blood brain barrier. The present invention relates to a method of treating a central nervous system (CNS) cancer wherein perillyl alcohol (POH) is administered to a mammal before or concurrently with a therapeutic agent that is a chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T cell). The POH and CAR-T cells can be administered by intraarterial injection. The CNS cancer can be a malignant glioma, pilocytic astrocytomas (grade I), meningiomas, metastatic brain tumors, or pituitary adenomas.

  • Publication number: 20260069587
Abstract: The present invention provides for a derivative of monoterpene or sesquiterpene, such as a perillyl alcohol derivative. For example, the perillyl alcohol derivative may be a perillyl alcohol carbamate. The perillyl alcohol derivative may be perillyl alcohol conjugated with a therapeutic agent such as a chemotherapeutic agent. The present invention also provides for a method of treating a disease such as cancer, comprising the step of delivering to a patient a therapeutically effective amount of a derivative of monoterpene (or sesquiterpene). • Patent number: 12574251
Abstract: Methods and systems are presented for using blockchain technologies to establish and manage personal profiles for users. A credential system registers a user by generating a token associated with a blockchain for the user, and storing authentication data associated with the user in the blockchain. The authentication data may include encoded data that represents an identification document and biometric data. After registering the user with the credential system, a verifier device can authenticate the user via the credential system using the authentication data stored on the user device. Additional information, such as interaction data associated with the user's interaction with various computer system can be added to the blockchain using the token generated for the user. The interaction data of the user with various computer systems, collectively, forms a universal personal profile of the user, and can be used by the various computer systems to manage the user.

  • Patent number: 12483411
Abstract: Methods and systems are presented for using blockchain technologies to manage the life cycle and authentication of artificial intelligence (AI) agents. When an AI agent is created, the AI agent registers itself with an authentication system. The authentication system creates identity information for the AI agent and store on a blockchain. The identity information is used to track the changes of the AI agent through its life cycle, including upgrading of the binary code, transfer of ownership, change of a delegator, and others. When the AI agent requests for access of one or more resources, the authentication system uses the information stored on the blockchain to authenticate the AI agent before granting the AI agent access to the one or more resources.

  • Patent number: 12446630
Abstract: Methods and systems are presented for providing a computer framework that enables secure and effective access control of electronic devices. Electronic devices that have been registered with the computer framework are associated with access criteria, specifying requirements of users for accessing the electronic devices. The electronic devices also include a customized communication component that is not discoverable unless through a dedicated application executed on a user device. When a registered electronic device is discovered by the application, the application performs a handshake protocol for authenticating the electronic device. The application establishes a network connection with the electronic device only after the electronic device is authenticated and the attribute of the user is verified. The application then activates the electronic device via the network connect and enables the user to access a functionality of the electronic device.

  • Publication number: 20250182096
Abstract: Methods and systems are presented for providing a token exchange framework that enables exchanges of reward tokens corresponding to different reward systems and/or different merchants. The token exchange framework includes a blockchain for storing transaction data associated with transactions of reward tokens. During the onboarding process, reward systems associated with different merchants may be connected to the blockchain of the token exchange framework via one or more bridges. Reward tokens may be issued to represent reward data corresponding to the different reward systems, and can be freely exchanged within the token exchange framework via the blockchain. When a transaction for redeeming a reward is received, reward tokens in the blockchain can be converted into reward data corresponding to the merchant's reward system and process the transaction with the merchant using the converted reward data.
