  • Patent number: 11865468
Abstract: An activity box includes two pairs of wheels having blind holes, two axles having two ends releasably insertable into the blind holes, and a box defining a space having a defined volume sufficiently large to fit the axles. The wheels include a first magnetically attractable component. The axles include a second magnetically attractable component secured at each end of each axle. The axles have a length spanning a width of the box, which has two pairs of through holes on two opposing sides to accommodate the axles, such that the axles are threaded through the through holes. The two pairs of wheels are rotatably attached to the box by magnetically coupling the first magnetically attractable component to the second magnetically attractable component, such that the activity box is configured to be used as a cart that can be rolled over a surface.

  • Patent number: 11865466
Abstract: A child play puzzle includes a set of pieces each defining a non-circular aperture therethrough. The child play puzzle also includes a base and a pole extending from the base along a pole axis. The pole sequentially receives each piece of the set of pieces with the pole extending through the aperture of each piece to form a stack of the pieces along the pole. The pole has multiple sections spaced along its length. Each section is of non-circular cross-section in a plane perpendicular to the pole axis. At least one of the sections is rotatable about the pole axis with respect to an adjacent one of the sections, such that moving a piece from about the rotatable section to about the adjacent section requires rotationally aligning the rotatable section with the adjacent section.

  • Publication number: 20230211229
Abstract: A separable assembly includes a cellulose member having a side surface and an end face forming an edge with the side surface. The cellulose member defines an elongated sliding track that extends from an end opening at the end face and has a T-shaped transverse cross-section. The cellulose member defines a side opening along the sliding track at the side surface of the cellulose member. The sliding track further defines a detent recess spaced from the end surface and extending into the cellulose member. The separable assembly includes a rigid plastic member having an edge configured to be received within the end opening of the cellulose member and slid along the sliding track with the plastic member extending through the side opening. The plastic member includes a detent protrusion configured to engage the detent recess.

  • Patent number: 11654376
Abstract: A toddler toy includes a box including one or more internal horizontal shelves extending to different depths from one or more corresponding openings at a front end of the box, and a chute positioned below the one or more internal horizontal shelves, the chute configured to return one or more objects falling from distal ends of the one or more internal horizontal shelves, in response to an additional object pushed onto the one or more internal horizontal shelves through the one or more corresponding openings, to a retrieval opening at the front end of the box.

  • Patent number: 11634934
Abstract: A door hinge assembly includes: a door frame defining a frame opening and a jamb at one side of the frame opening, the jamb including two frame corners protruding into the frame opening and a jamb brace connecting the two frame corners across the frame opening, the jamb brace defining two spaced-apart hinge holes therethrough; a door movable to selectively provide access through the frame opening, and an elastic cord connecting the door to the door frame, the cord extending sequentially through a first of the two hinge passages, through a first of two passage openings at the jamb edge, through a first of the two hinge holes, across the jamb brace, through a second of the two hinge holes, through a second of the two passage openings at the jamb edge, and through the second of the two hinge passages.

  • Publication number: 20230107814
Abstract: A children’s puzzle including a rigid frame and a set of removable, rigid, non-interlocking pieces. The rigid frame has two opposite broad sides defining a thickness with multiple recesses which are sized to simultaneously accommodate all of the pieces of the set. Each recess is surrounded by one or more elevated surfaces of the rigid frame. At least one of the recesses on at least one broad side of the rigid frame loosely contains multiple pieces of the set. The recesses of the two opposite broad sides of the rigid frame are arranged differently, so as to form respective arrangements of the pieces of the set when accommodated in the recesses. The pieces each have a flat bottom surface. At least three of the pieces have different perimeter shapes. The pieces are retained in the recesses only by gravity.
