One method includes generating at least a first template of the mobile message and a second template of the mobile message, each of the first template and the second template having at least a different content or a different send time, determining information associated with the mobile message, identifying and sending guidance for a marketing manager based on the information associated with the mobile message, receiving user-selected configurations from the marketing manager in response to the guidance, and assigning a first group of mobile message recipients to the first template of the mobile message and a second respective group of mobile message recipients to the second template of the mobile message, wherein the assigning is based on the information associated with the mobile message and the user-selected configurations received from the marketing manager.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to methods, compositions, and kits useful for detecting a multiplicity of bacterial genomes present in a sample (e.g., a biological sample obtained from a subject exhibiting one or more signs or symptoms of a bacterial infection). Specifically, the present disclosure relates to nucleic acid primers, primer sets, and multiplicities of primer sets that allow for broad (e.g., species non-specific) detection of bacterial genomes present in such a sample using loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP).
