Abstract: Wrist support apparatus includes a central core element with a yieldable foam element disposed about the central core, and an outer covering of relatively soft material. The apparatus defines a generally cylindrical element which may be placed adjacent to a keyboard by a user and which may be picked up by a user of the keyboard and used as an exercise element for a user's fingers and hands and which may be positioned in any of a variety of positions or orientations in accordance with the particular desires of the user of the particular apparatus.
