Abstract: The inventive concept disclosed is a toothbrush assembly comprising a cylindrical toothbrush head and a handle. The toothbrush head comprises (1) a cylinder-shaped structure supporting a plurality of bristles radiating orthogonally outward in a complete 360-degree orientation from the axis of the cylinder and (2) a dome-shaped structure attached to the distal end of said rod or cylinder, having a plurality of bristles radiating outward orthogonally from the exterior of said dome. The circumference of the base of the dome is corresponds to the circumference of said cylinder. The proximal end of said toothbrush head may be permanently, or detachably, connected to the handle. This design allows a user of the toothbrush head to continuously have bristles in contact with some portion of the mouth or gums while brushing, and to rotate the cylinder-domed toothbrush head in a multiplicity of directions.
