Abstract: Systems and methods for providing a health care service provider specific wireless access point that facilitates secure communication between a patient, provider, and/or third-party service. Patient devices may connect to the healthcare service provider (HSP) wireless access point or “hub” when they are in range of the hub (e.g., when in a doctor's office waiting room). The wireless access point may be also configured to detect the presence of a patient device. In various implementations, the wireless access point may be configured to obtain identifying information of patient devices and send the information to a server. The server may be configured to use the information to create or update a profile for the patient associated with a patient device. The profile may be updated by additional information derived from the patient's interaction with the network, provider input, and/or by the patient updating their profile or inputting additional information.

Abstract: A system and method for providing remote users with reports and analyses based on user data is disclosed. One such report is a physician score report that includes a physician score. The physician score is determined by analyzing data from multiple data sources. Another such report displays the status of all patients assigned to all measures for a physician. A user may use the report to enter quality codes and clinical values in response to a measure in which a patient has been included.

Abstract: A system and method for providing remote users with reports and analyses based on user data is disclosed. The reports are adaptable and the remote user can alter, modify, and argument the reports and analyses. Client data is extracted from a client device and other sources. The client data is quantified by analytic definitions. The analytic definitions are an identification of performance measures. The quantified data is queried and grouped according to the analytic definitions. Datamarts are created by separating the grouped data. The datamarts are then converted into on-line analytical processing (OLAP) cubes. The OLAP cubes are then used by the remote user to create adaptable reports. The adaptable reports may be used by practice professionals to understand their business and clinical operations, and to improve business performance and patient care.

Abstract: A shoulder harness is made of straps forming a figure eight having a criss-cross strap configuration, in one embodiment, across a user's back. Two loops are formed which hang under the user's arms. The loops may be threaded into slots on the top of a wide tension buckle, which is centered in front of the user. A webbed lift strap about five-inches wide is threaded into the base of the tension buckle. A second user threads the opposite end of the lift strap into the base of the second user's tension buckle. The lift strap is placed under a load and carried by the two users over rough surfaces that dolly wheels could not handle. Another embodiment includes a central ring to join three or more users' straps together. Another embodiment is a shoulder harness made of vertically hanging straps.

Abstract: Improvements in devices used for splitting hardwood fireplace logs; a telescoping, hand operated, one man device utilizing an elongate inner shaft or column carrying wedge splitting means at the lower end, there being provided an outer, fitting sleeve with an end stop and handles for reciprocation on the inner member to provide impacts, blows or thrusts along the longitudinal axis of both; hand portable and hand operable devices for splitting logs utilizing man power.
