    Abstract: A device, for example a flow control device, and actuator or both are provided with a heat shrinkable sleeve about an exterior surface of a housing for the device. The heat shrinkable sleeve may contain indicia or information relating to the device. The heat shrinkable sleeve may also be used to contain fluid and contaminants that escape from the device from exposure to an environment that is exterior the heat shrinkable sleeve. The housing may include structure that retains the heat shrinkable sleeve in an installed position. Such structure may be, for example, a recessed surface, a flange, a crimp or other structure.
