The edge engaging mechanism is compressively engagable with the folded edge of a booklet for forming a crease in the booklet.

Simultaneous with the recording, instructions are accepted through the user interface for applying the image data to the multifunction office apparatus.

    Abstract: A printing system capable of automatically outputting a printed representation of associated XML content data retrieved from an associated XML content source includes a sheet media source, a marking unit and a sheet media outlet. The control system is also capable of automatically interpreting associated information data from the associated XML content data, and automatically generating associated marking data based at least in part on the associated information data and communicating the associated marking data to the marking unit.
