    Abstract: A picture frame molding holding and cutting apparatus and a method of using the apparatus is described. The apparatus has a miter square, adjustable stop means and adjustable clamping means for holding a molding to be cut in position during the cutting of the ends of the molding. A means and method of accurately measuring and holding a molding during cutting to produce a desired final length utilizing a frame molding pattern is also described.
