  • Publication number: 20080209829
Abstract: An anchor plug for use capping in-ground anchors is disclosed. The anchor plug may be used in capping masonry anchors located in pool decks, for example, capping the anchors used to retain pool covers. The anchor plug typically has a cylindrical body, for example, a hollow circular cylindrical body, having a first end and a second end; and a cap mounted to the first end of the cylindrical body. The cap may vary in thickness from a minimum at an edge of the cap to a maximum at about the center of the cap. The cap may include human readable indicia, such as, safety warnings or provider name. The anchor plug may minimize or prevent personal injury or damage to the anchor.

  • Patent number: 7150129
Abstract: A modular step system for in-ground swimming comprising a bottom central hub, a brace assembly, a top central hub, a tread support assembly, a step form and a liner. The components of the modular step system interlock and snap together without fasteners. Also, the components of the modular step system are obtained by molding plastic material or curing of a curable material. The modular step system is installed on a level concrete floor of a swimming pool and designed to be rigidly fixed from behind to adjacent pool walls. The modular step system is adaptable to a pool having a vinyl liner, structurally sound regardless of size, easy to assemble, consistent in size, and cost-effective.

  • Patent number: 6221036
Abstract: A support for a limb of a body having a sheet of flexible material with longitudinal loops running along the sides of such sheet. The longitudinal loops can readily, but releasably and securely, be attached, with rods, to the sides of a base for the support. Optionally, the sides of the base will be higher at one end of the support than at the other end in order to improve comfort for a user. Also, optionally the distance of the tops of the sides from the bottom of the base is adjustable.
