Abstract: A belt-worn article carrier apparatus includes an elastic cord assembly which includes a first cord end, a second cord end, and an intermediate cord portion between the first cord end and the second cord end. A first article is attached to the first cord end, and a second article is attached to the second cord end. A waist belt assembly includes an adjustable belt portion, end buckles, and a cord-reception wall attached to the adjustable belt portion. The cord-reception wall and the adjustable belt portion define a cord-reception channel. With the apparatus worn on a person, the first article is positioned on one side of the person near one hip, and the second article is positioned on the other side of the person near the other hip. Then, the person can grasp the two articles simultaneously and pull them forward together to contact them together.
