Abstract: A computing device is provided comprising a processor and a memory storing instructions executable by the processor. The instructions are executable to receive a raw aviation information notice that comprises text. A text language analysis model is used to extract metadata from the raw aviation information notice. The metadata comprises aviation operation information that describes a status of a component of an airspace system. Geospatial aviation data is received that corresponds to the component of the airspace system. The aviation operation information is mapped to the geospatial aviation data to thereby generate geometry data for the aviation operation information. The geometry data and the metadata are used to generate an enriched aviation information notice. The instructions are further executable to output the enriched aviation information notice.

Abstract: A system and method for determining an open or closed position of a magnetically actuated vacuum interrupter. The method includes applying a voltage signal of a known voltage to the actuator over a predetermined period and determining a change in current over time during the period when the voltage signal is applied to the actuator using an output of a Rogowski coil. The method also includes calculating the inductance using the voltage and the change in current over time at a predetermined time during the period and using the calculated inductance to determine whether the actuator and thus the vacuum interrupter are in the open or closed position.

Abstract: An integral riser structure for a watt-hour meter enclosure to provide a mounting structure for a pair of meter jaw assemblies includes a pair of laterally spaced riser walls formed integrally with a back wall of the enclosure and positioned in forwardly spaced relation to the back wall. The riser walls are separated by a recessed wall positioned in a recessed plane located between the plane of the riser walls and the plane of the back wall. The riser walls include holes to receive fasteners to secure the meter jaw assemblies to the riser walls.
