The at least one processor is communicatively coupled to the at least one sensor and is configured to transmit the fuse data. The housing includes a mounting block that includes an inner opening.     Abstract: Disclosed is an airbag module comprising a polyester airbag and a gas inflator, where the gas inflator provides a gas temperature that does not exceed the critical gas temperature of the polyester airbag. This design allows for the substitution of polyester airbags for nylon airbags in side curtain airbag modules and other airbag deployment applications, where the gas inflator temperature does not exceed the critical gas temperature. Also disclosed is a method that will facilitate the matching of specific polyester fabrics with gas inflators to create an airbag module that will not suffer catastrophic failure.

    Abstract: The present invention concerns polyester fabric that is employed in airbags. In particular, the polyester fabric has improved resistance to edge combing—the relative tendency of a fabric to pull apart under seam stress or similar action such as inflation of inflatable restraints. Further, the polyester fabric of the invention must have an edge comb resistance of greater than about 350 Newtons at room temperature (20° C.) and greater than 250 Newtons at 90° C. The polyester fabric of the invention has an acrylic polymer or copolymer finish, or a mixture of acrylic and non-acrylic polymers. The finish is applied from about 1 to about 4 wt. % nominal solids add-on of said fabric.

    Abstract: A polyester plain weave fabric construction wherein said fabric has a basis weight of between 150 to 300 g/m2 with tongue tear strength equal to or better than nylon fabrics of the same construction and weight. The present invention relates to both coated and uncoated polyester filament woven fabric. The uncoated fabric is useful for industrial purposes wherein the fabric has a warp tongue tear resistance of at least 0.75 N/g/m2, when the fabric basis weight is between 150 to 300 g/m2 The preferred uncoated polyester filament yarn has a linear density of between about 200 to about 800 dtex, a tenacity of at least 65 cN/tex, a tensile index of at least 350. The fabrics can be coated with chloroprene, neoprene, polyurethane, silicone or other organic coatings to reduce air permeability. The fabric of the present invention may also be constructed with the warp and/or filling yarn having an aspect ratio between 1.2 and 6.

A hoist (51) raises and lowers the second frame assembly. A plurality of cutting implements (81) carried by the second frame assembly cut the work-piece.     Abstract: A solar heating system includes an array of solar collectors and a manifold through which the collectors are supplied with water, this water being derived from a storage tank located below the collectors. The water is circulated through the collectors by a pump, and within the collectors the water is heated, but when the pump is not operating, the water drains from the collectors into the tank so it will not freeze and damage the collectors. Each solar collector includes a housing, a collector panel in the housing and containing a cavity through which water is circulated, supply and drain pipes which extend the full height of the housing behind the panel and are connected through ports with opposite ends of the panel cavity, and a light transmitting material over the housing. The supply and drain pipes of some of the collectors are plugged into corresponding supply and drain fittings on the manifold at bushings which fit into aligned ends of the pipes and fittings.
