  • Patent number: 11526171
Abstract: A method is provided for operating a system consisting of an agricultural working vehicle, at least one working tool arranged thereon, and a controller assigned to the working vehicle. The method includes detecting, by at least one sensor assembly arranged at least on the working tool and having at least two sensors, two different physical variables. The method further includes storing, by a memory, information characterizing the working tool, continuously storing, by the memory, operating data of at least the working tool, and communicating wirelessly via Bluetooth network with the controller by the at least one sensor assembly via a transmitter. The controller is brought into a transmission range of the sensor assembly to activate the communication between them and the operating data temporarily stored in the memory is transmitted to the controller.

  • Patent number: 10948032
Abstract: A method for operating an automated drive train of a motor vehicle in which, upon actuation of a service brake up to a standstill of the vehicle, a drive connection between the drive machine and at least one drive axle of the vehicle is automatically disengaged by disengaging a clutch. During release of the service brake, the drive connection is automatically engaged by engaging the clutch. Based on a selected gear step, a desired drive direction of the vehicle is determined, and, during the release of the service brake, is compared with an actual drive direction. If the desired drive direction matches the actual drive direction, the pressure in the clutch is increased according to a first modulation characteristic curve. However, if the desired drive direction is different from the actual drive direction, the pressure in the clutch is increased according to a second modulation characteristic curve.

  • Patent number: 10682909
Abstract: A method of operating a drive-train of a vehicle having a drive engine, at least one drive axle and at least one further axle which can be drivingly connected by a pressure-controlled switching device. The switching device is acted upon by an opening pressure to disconnect the axle. When a service brake system of the vehicle is actuated, the axle is automatically connected by actuating the switching device, which is actuated as a function of a braking mode determined during actuation of the brake system, in such manner that when the brake system is actuated in a first braking mode, the switching device is actuated by a first control pressure to transmit a first torque, and if at least one parameter that characterizes the occurrence of a second braking mode is exceeded, the switching device is actuated by a second control pressure to transmit a second, higher torque.

  • Publication number: 20180267553
Abstract: A method for operating a system including an agricultural working vehicle on which at least one working device is arranged, which working device, when moving across a field, is operated along a current linear row. A control unit is associated with the working vehicle and the sensor unit is arranged on the working device. The sensor unit includes an acceleration sensor, a memory unit and a transmitter unit, which wirelessly communicate with one another. The at least one acceleration sensor continually sends signals to the control unit that represent vertical accelerations and which are evaluated in order to determine movement amplitudes of the working device so that, as a function of the movement amplitudes, a maximum travel speed is determined, which ensures that the at least one working device will stay on its current linear row while driving across the field.
