  • Patent number: 11957920
Abstract: A connection pin of a feedthrough of an implantable medical electronic device has a primarily cylindrical pin body and at least one flattened end section. The flattened end section has at least one planar connecting surface formed on it, especially for connection by material bonding of a band-shaped conductor.

  • Patent number: 11618956
Abstract: A bipolar plate for use in an electrochemical device is proposed, in which a flow duct runs between two outer boundary surfaces and extends from a peripheral fluid inlet to a peripheral fluid outlet. As a result, very good cooling of electrochemical cells via a bipolar plate which is in surface contact therewith can be achieved.

  • Publication number: 20220396891
Abstract: Matrix cells are used to improve the regeneration capacity of an electrolyzer system. The electrolyte is electrolyzed in the matrix cell. Gas (predominantly product gas) which has unwantedly accessed the electrolyte space is transported off from the electrolyte space into the gas space envisioned therefor by a degassing device. Additional measures such as ultrasonic transducers and field electrodes may realize electrolyte flow and improved transporting-off of gas.

  • Publication number: 20220101341
Abstract: A system, computer program product, and method are presented for determining illegitimate business entities, and, more specifically, to distinguishing between legitimate business entities and illegitimate business entities. The method includes identifying a target entity using known attributes of the target entity and collecting, from one or more external sources, additional attributes of the target entity. The method also includes injecting the known attributes and the additional attributes into one or more models including at least one of one or more machine learning models and one or more statistical models. The method further includes generating, through the one or more machine learning models, one or more scores that indicate a probability that the target entity is an illegitimate business.

  • Patent number: 10715055
Abstract: A power semiconductor circuit comprising a field effect transistor having a drain, a source and a gate as terminals, and further comprising a control device having a drive device and an undervoltage detection circuit. The drive device drives the field effect transistor and is electrically connected to the gate of the field effect transistor. The undervoltage detection circuit generates an undervoltage detection signal if a power semiconductor voltage present between the drain and the source of the field effect transistor falls below a specific voltage value. The drive device switches on the field effect transistor when a switch-on command for switching on the field effect transistor and the undervoltage detection signal are present. The invention provides a power semiconductor circuit with low energy loss.

  • Patent number: 10357740
Abstract: A liquid redistributor, arranged in a packing column between two packings, wherein in the column a liquid phase is guided from top to bottom and against the same a gas phase from bottom to top, comprising a liquid distributor tray and a droplet damping tray, which attenuates the fluidization of the liquid layer on the liquid distributor tray as caused by the droplets falling down.
