    Abstract: A mounting arrangement is disclosed for use in mounting a device having a drive shaft to a housing, the housing having a flange formed thereon, the mounting arrangement comprising a first flange provided on the device and securable to the flange provided on the housing, the first flange having a centreline, the drive shaft of the device having an axis of rotation which is offset from the centreline. A device incorporating such a mounting arrangement is also described.
