Patent number: 10307667Abstract: A hovering remote-control flying craft having a molded frame assembly includes a plurality of arms extending from a center body with an electric motor and corresponding propeller on each arm. In various embodiments, the motor and propeller are mounted downward-facing at a distal portion of each arm with a motor cover over the motor. The center body can be formed of a two-piece molded structure that sandwiches a circuit board to provide structural support for the frame. The circuit board can include a plurality of tabs that facilitate mounting of wire connectors, and can also provide antennas and emitters for both IR and RF communications. In some embodiments, a removable safety ring protects the propellers from lateral contact.Type: GrantFiled: June 19, 2017Date of Patent: June 4, 2019Assignee: QFO Labs, Inc.Inventors: John Paul Condon, James Edward Fairman, Bradley Dean Pedersen, Thomas Edward KraMer, Scott Andrew Melanson

Patent number: 9969206Abstract: A marker storage accessory includes a main body having marker-engaging structure and writing surface engaging structure. The main body may also include cap-engaging structure or, alternatively, blocking structure. The marker-engaging structure includes a plurality of circumferentially positioned teeth adapted to be conformingly inserted into the complementarily shaped channels defined by the ribs located on the non-writing end of a writing instrument such as a dry-erase marker. The cap-engaging structure can include ribs creating a geometry adapted to conformingly receive the protruding end of a cap for the writing instrument. The blocking structure can be a protrusion adapted to prevent attachment of the marker storage accessory on the nub-end of the writing instrument while permitting attachment of a marker cap. When the marker storage accessory is attached to the writing surface, the marker self-positions to a generally nub-down orientation.Type: GrantFiled: September 28, 2015Date of Patent: May 15, 2018Assignee: Kablooe Design, Inc.Inventors: Thomas Edward Kramer, Blake Thomas Eisenschenk, Luke William Bromback

Patent number: 9283363Abstract: A self-contained composition dosing and delivery system provides an efficient device to store and deliver materials, particularly liquids, in a safe and controlled manner. The device also provides a dosing element internal the device chamber, thus eliminating the need for additional components. In particular, the device itself may be used to deliver liquid medicine and other compositions which are liquids, or gel-like, in controlled amounts or doses. The device may also include child-proof mechanism, or child safety feature to reduce child poisoning due to Over-the-Counter (OTC) medication overdoses.Type: GrantFiled: August 19, 2014Date of Patent: March 15, 2016Assignee: Kablooe Design, Inc.Inventors: Christopher J. Scorzelli, Thomas Edward Kramer, Michael Bennett Tradewell, Blake Eisenschenk, Zachary Stephanchick, Dallas Erdahl, Mike Witzman
