  • Publication number: 20200334757
Abstract: Systems and methods analyze electronic invoice data. The system accesses invoice data stored in memory. The invoice data includes a matter identifier with service charges and service dates. The system also identifies a target date associated with the matter identifier and a service associated with the target date. The system also accesses service time period data stored in the memory for the identified service. The system also calculates a service start date and a service end date based on the service time period data and the target date. The system also identifies from the invoice data the service charges between the service start date and the service end date. The system also stores a record in the memory to correlate the service with each of the identified service charges between the service start date and the service end date. Resulting data can be summed together, averaged over multiple services, and benchmarked for different service providers.

  • Patent number: 10222355
Abstract: An apparatus for bolt inspection are presented. The bolt has a cylindrical threaded surface delimited by a pair of end faces that are opposite to each other. An ultrasonic transducer device contacts one of the pair of end faces for performing a scan operation. A guide structure is engaged with the bolt that guides a motion of the ultrasonic transducer device such that only a portion of a transducer contact surface contacts the one of the pair of end faces during the scan operation. The guide structure delimits a radial extent of the motion of the ultrasonic transducer device during the scan operation.

  • Patent number: 9429546
Abstract: Ultrasonic bolt inspection apparatus and methods facilitate in situ as well as bench non-destructive evaluation (NDE) inspection of fastening bolt distal ends and their mating nuts. The apparatus is coupled to an exposed end of a fastener bolt head, its exposed thread tip or to a mating nut. The apparatus retains a phased array ultrasonic probe that generates inspection scan data and a rotational position encoder that generates rotational position data. The probe is coupled to an ultrasonic inspection system analyzer, which converts scan data into inspection data that characterizes possible defects in the inspected bolt. A system controller is coupled to the analyzer and the rotational position encoder, correlating rotation position data and inspection data, in order to identify location and characteristics of possible defects in the inspected bolt end.

  • Patent number: 9354190
Abstract: Apparatus and method for monitoring and quantifying progression of a structural anomaly, such as crack, over a surface of a component (12) in a high temperature environment of a combustion turbine engine The apparatus may include an electrically-insulating layer (14) formed at least over a portion of the surface of the component of the combustion turbine engine. At least a first detection leg (16) may be disposed on the electrically-insulating layer The first detection leg may be adapted to operate under a desired sensing modality from a bi-modal sensing scheme, such as may be implemented in one sensing modality by way of monitoring changes of an electrical parameter in an electrical circuit formed by the detection leg The sensing scheme may also be implemented by way of imaging radiance energy emitted by the detection leg.
