The method further comprises securely closing the first container, locking the first container, placing the first container into a transport container so that the first container fits flush within the transport container, and shipping the containers to a recipient. Desalinization and electrolysis of the water is provided. The system produces carbon dioxide and hydrogen which are used to generate methanol.
