    Abstract: A low cost and easily mounted and removed electric trolling motor mount with optional fixed rudder is provided comprised of a structured bar with two slidable adjustable clamp assemblies to affix the mount to the gunwales of a boat. The optional fixed rudder is provided with torsional pivot means to allow the fixed rudder to move upwardly should the fixed rudder strike an object below the hull of the boat.
