  • Patent number: 10793365
Abstract: A conveyor device for the suspended conveyance of conveyable goods using negative pressure, comprising a continuous conveyor belt guided along a negative-pressure chamber with a rearward side facing towards the negative-pressure chamber. A contact side of the conveyor belt is provided with suction openings formed between the rearward side and the contact side of the conveyor belt. A recess extending in the longitudinal direction of the conveyor belt and limited by longitudinal edges of the conveyor belt is formed on the contact side such that a suction duct sealed by the longitudinal edges and arranged transversely to the longitudinal direction of the conveyor belt with respect to the contact side of the conveyable goods is formed between the contact side of the conveyor belt and the contact side of the conveyable goods.

  • Publication number: 20200183243
Abstract: An active electrochromic film (500) can include a transparent flexible substrate (510), a first transparent electrically conductive layer (520) in contact with the transparent flexible substrate (510), an active electrochromic gel layer (530) in contact with the transparent electrically conductive layer (520), and a second transparent electrically conductive layer (515) in contact with the active electrochromic gel layer (530) opposite from the first transparent electrically conductive layer (520). The active electrochromic gel layer (530) can include a viologen-based compound. The active electrochromic gel layer (530) can exhibit a high visible optical transparency in the absence of a voltage applied across the first and second transparent electrically conductive layers (520,515) and a low visible optical transparency under an applied voltage.

  • Patent number: 9333551
Abstract: A device for separating band strips of a longitudinally divided band includes a stationary separating shaft having separating discs arranged on the separating shaft. The separating discs are positioned on the separating shaft, such that the separating discs are mutually spaced apart by distances that correspond to a band strip width of band strips being separated. A clamp integrated into the separating shaft clamps the positioned separating discs on the separating shaft. A disc positioner automatically positions the separating discs on the separating shaft in accordance with a cutting program, wherein the disc positioner is integrated into the separating shaft in addition to the clamp clamping the separating discs on the separating shaft.

  • Publication number: 20120152074
Abstract: The invention relates to a separating shaft (1) for separating band strips (2) of a longitudinally divided band. Two diagonally opposed transport carriages (8, 9) that can travel in guide grooves (5, 6) parallel to the axis (7-7) of the separating shaft (1) by means of a drive, each having a ripper (10) that can travel into and out of the separating shaft (1) for capturing a separating disc (3) transported on the separating shaft with the transport carriages (8, 9) to a position prescribed by a cutting program and for releasing the positioned separating disc, and two pneumatic clamping bars (11, 12) for clamping the positioned separating discs (3) on the separating shaft (1) and offset 90° from the transport carriages (8, 9), are integrated in the separating shaft (1).

  • Patent number: 6698593
Abstract: A vibratory screen separator using screens includes a base and a housing resiliently mounted to the base and divided into two wall portions held together by a clamp band. Brackets are located high on the housing and lifts are diametrically positioned to either side of the housing. The lifts are pivotally mounted to the base through feet to move from a first position engaging the brackets to a second position displaced from the housing. Each lift includes a fluid cylinder and shaft mounted to an arm. A head associated with the shaft of the fluid cylinder and shaft engages a slot on the associated bracket and can operate to lift a portion of the housing with the clamp band removed. In this lifted state, access is provided to screens clamped within the housing between housing portions.

  • Patent number: 6589400
Abstract: An apparatus for metal coating of bands by electroplating, with a band running through an acidic electrolyte enriched with a metal, the apparatus including at least one insoluble anode extending parallel to the band and divided, in a running direction of the band, in a plurality of separate anode strips insulated from each other, an arrangement for feeding current to each separate anode strip for precipitating the metal from the electrolyte, with the current flowing from a respective anode strip to the band which forms a cathode, whereby the metal is precipitated onto a band surface, and elements for supplying each anode strip with protective current the voltage of which is so selected that formation of cathode regions on anode strips, which are not supplied with the precipitation current, is prevented.
