    Abstract: A game played in conjunction with card games and including an auxiliary bonus feature and method of playing. The game is playable in conjunction with standard card games, such as Poker or Blackjack, or other card games, using one or more standard decks of 52 cards or representations thereof and optionally one or more Jokers added to the deck or to each deck. The game is further playable, for example, on a gaming table by players and a dealer using cards, or on a computer, other electronic medium, or slot machine using representations of various features of the game. At the time of ante in the card game, each player participating in the card game optionally selects whether to participate in the auxiliary bonus portion of the game by making a special bonus bet, which is placed in a special bonus jackpot. Play then proceeds according to the rules of the underlying card game.

    Abstract: A three card game and method of playing that includes two rounds. The game is playable by one to seven players using one or more standard decks of 52 cards or representations thereof. The game is playable on a gaming table by players and a dealer, or on a computer or other electronic medium using representations of the various features. After payment of an ante by each player electing to play, three cards are dealt face up to each player in turn, and three cards are dealt face down to the dealer. After receiving the first card, each player optionally places a “first play” bet, the “first play” bet optionally being at odds depending on the first card received, and after receiving the second card, each player either “folds,” losing the ante, or places a “second play” bet. Players are able to play in the first round, the second round, or both rounds. The dealer's cards are revealed after dealing is complete.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a card game and method of playing a card game which enables a player to purchase an option to buy a bonus card to better the player's hand. The method of playing the game includes a dealer accepting an optional insurance fee from each player of the card game who chooses to pay the optional insurance fee and accepting a first wager from each player. The dealers then deals a selected number of cards to each player. After dealing these cards to each player, the dealer allows each player to elect in turn to place an additional wager. If a player does not place an additional wager when requested by the dealer, the player folds and is no longer in the game. The dealer then deals cards to each player who elects to place additional wagers. After the dealer has dealt each player a standard number of cards, the dealer deals a bonus card to a player who paid insurance fees and if the player has a losing hand.
