Abstract: A punching bag is suspended from a from a motion device that moves the punching bag vertically and horizontally simulating the motions of an opponent boxer. The programmable sparing partner is operated from a control panel from which difficulty levels are selectable and feed back such as force of punch, number of punches, over all score are provided. The panel also has speed and motion controls. A free standing housing is described which is designed to be installed with modification to the building structure.
