  • Patent number: 11949216
Abstract: Methods and apparatus for a housing assembly including a housing comprising a conductive material, a conductor extending through the housing, and a dielectric material at least partially surrounding the conductor. Portions of the housing may surround the conductor such that the conductor, the dielectric, and the portions of the housing form a channel through the housing.

  • Publication number: 20240090972
Abstract: A medical instrument includes an instrument shaft with exit holes near a distal end of the shaft, a tool coupled to the distal end of the shaft, and a backend. The backend may include a mechanism that manipulates a drive element that extends through the shaft and couples to the tool, a fluid inlet, and a fluid channel assembly providing fluid communication between the fluid inlet and the proximal end of the shaft. Cleaning fluid is directed into the fluid inlet, through the fluid channel assembly, and into the shaft. A chassis or other structural piece of the backend may form part of the fluid channel assembly.

  • Publication number: 20230283457
Abstract: A method includes sending, to a compute device and via a private channel, a public key for asymmetric encryption. The method also includes concurrently authenticating the compute device and generating a traffic key for symmetric encryption, based at least in part on the public key. The method further includes sending a message to the compute device, the message being encrypted using the traffic key via the symmetric encryption.

  • Patent number: 11316553
Abstract: An RF clocked device can include a signal processor operable to receive an RF signal having an RF signal frequency and output a clock signal having a clock frequency based on the RF signal frequency. The RF clocked device can also include a clock operable to receive, and operate, using the clock signal. The clock can output at least one of a time and a date. In addition, a clock system can include an RF clocked device. The RF clocked device can include a signal processor operable to receive an RF signal having an RF signal frequency and output a clock signal having a clock frequency based on the RF signal frequency. The RF clocked device can also include a clock operable to receive, and operate, using the clock signal. The clock can output at least one of a time and a date. The clock system can also include a client device operable to receive timing information from the RF clocked device.

  • Patent number: 11226777
Abstract: One or more techniques and/or systems are provided for cluster configuration information replication, managing cluster-wide service agents, and/or for cluster-wide outage detection. In an example of cluster configuration information replication, a replication workflow corresponding to a storage operation implemented for a storage object (e.g., renaming of a volume) of a first cluster may be transferred to a second storage cluster for selectively implementation. In an example of managing cluster-wide service agents, cluster-wide service agents are deployed to nodes of a cluster storage environment, where a master agent actively processes cluster service calls and standby agents passively wait for reassignment as a failover master in the event the master agent fails. In an example of cluster-wide outage detection, a cluster-wide outage may be determined for a cluster storage environment based upon a number of inaccessible nodes satisfying a cluster outage detection metric.

  • Patent number: 11095610
Abstract: An apparatus includes a first communication interface communicable with a portion of a first network, a second communication interface communicable with a portion of a second network, and a memory. The apparatus is configured to be disposed between the portion of the first network and the portion of the second network. The portion of the first network and the portion of the second network are not otherwise coupled together. The apparatus is switchable between a first mode and a second mode. During the first mode, the apparatus is transparent to data transmission and is configured to store information representing the transmitted data. During the second mode, the apparatus is configured to block data transmission between the first network and the second network via the apparatus so as to form an enclaved network segment of the portion of the first network.

  • Patent number: 10853493
Abstract: A system and method for detecting Trojans and other intermittent severe defects in a digital circuit design. A simulation of the digital circuit design results in a value change dump file, which is compiled to form a value change summary file containing counts of the numbers of value changes for the signals in the digital circuit design. A discriminative neural network analyzes the value change summary file to determine whether an intermittent severe defect is present. A corpus of digital circuit designs, with and without intermittent severe defects, is used to train the discriminative neural network. The training process may involve dimensionality reduction of the data, enlargement of the data set, and data compression using an autoencoder.
