Abstract: A grenade simulation apparatus is provided that allows users to simulate the detonation of a standard grenade, flashbang grenade, and impact grenade, without using explosive charges, fire, or pressurized material. The apparatus may provide both visual and auditory feedback in a safe and re-usable manner. The apparatus may provide a method for triggering a simulated detonation externally using a switch. A simulated detonation may include visual and/or auditory feedback, such as through the use of a siren and LEDs.

Abstract: A Gripper Remote Tool Change System (GRTCS) provides a locking guided tool changer assembly that interfaces with multiple tools, locks onto a tool holder, and is easily recognizable by a robot's gripper camera. The GRTCS provides an intermediate solution for remote tool changing that does not require a user to physically interact with the robot to change a tool. The GRTCS may be a completely mechanical product that does not require altering the electronics on the base robotic platform to which it may be attached.

The transmitter unit includes a panic button for allowing the wearer of the transmitter unit to send a panic signal when they feel endangered. The system further includes signaling when the transmitter is submerged, when the vital signs of the wearer fall below a certain threshold, or when the transmitter is tampered or removed from the person.
