    Abstract: The invention relates to a feed sensor mechanism for a mill cylinder. The purpose of the invention is to provide a structurally simple sensor to detect the product in the entry port of the feed regulator. To this end, a sensor is located in the feed cylinder of the cylinder mill. The sensor is able to detect the force of the incoming product so that a control signal can then be sent to the feed device via a signal converter.
