Abstract: A method for retaining a dry tissue dispenser on a horizontal surface within reach of a patient. Extracting dry tissue from the dispenser often requires holding the dispenser with one hand and extracting the dry tissue with the other hand. Hospital, rehab facility, and assisted living facility patients often have the use of only one hand, making extracting the dry tissue very difficult and frustrating. The dispenser includes a Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) pad for temporary attaching to a horizontal surface. The dispenser with the PSA pad on the bottom may be attached to a night stand, table, or desk next to a bed or seating, etc., within the reach of the patient to easily extract tissue from the dispenser using only a single hand. The PSA is initially covered by a release layer torn away to expose a low strength adhesive.

Abstract: A clip-on drink holder includes a rotatable spring clip allowing a disabled patient with use of only one hand to attach the holder to a wheelchair. Spring clip arms reach rearward and two curved hands fold back inside the spring clip forming a mouth for attachment to tubular members of the wheelchair. The spring clip is covered in a high coefficient material to reduce or prevent slipping, for example, EPDM material. The spring clip is attached to the drink holder by a machine screw, and a spring washer and Nylon washer reside between the head of the machine screw and the spring clip, another Nylon washer resides between the spring clip and the drink holder, and another Nylon washer resides under a Nylon insert lock nut holding the machine screw in place.

The apparatus includes brackets which mount on the side of the motorhome or trailer and arms which pivot in the brackets. The brackets mount to the sides of the motorhome or trailer only and therefore do not compromise the roof of the motorhome or trailer. The ladder attaches to the ends of the arms. The brackets include flanges which the arms rest against in the open position and pins for retaining the arms in the open position, thereby eliminating any need for the ladder to be supported by the ground. The pins may further be inserted through the brackets to retain the ladder in a closed position. Backing plates or the like may be provided behind the motorhome or trailer body to securely attach the brackets.

Abstract: A tailgate step has a hinge assembly and a step assembly. One side of the hinge assembly attaches to the inside panel of the tailgate near its upper edge. The other side of the hinge assembly attaches to the step frame. In one form, Z pins connect the two sides of the hinge assembly. The step frame is U shaped where the bight of the U is the step portion. The tailgate step has a stored position against the inside panel of the tailgate and an in-use position across the tailgate edge and vertically downward when the tailgate is open.
