  • Publication number: 20080213496
Abstract: Methods of applying specialty ceramic materials to semiconductor processing apparatus, where the specialty ceramic materials are resistant to halogen-comprising plasmas. The specialty ceramic materials contain at least one yttrium oxide-comprising solid solution. Some embodiments of the specialty ceramic materials have been modified to provide a resistivity which reduces the possibility of arcing within a semiconductor processing chamber.

  • Publication number: 20070298860
Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a system and method of operating a gaming apparatus. In a particular embodiment, the method includes receiving a plurality of wagers made. The method also includes determining whether a prize event has occurred based on an outcome of a game play associated with the plurality of wagers made. Further, the method includes outputting prizes when the prize event occurs. Each of the prizes complies with a prize constraint limit, and a total value of the prizes is greater than a maximum per wager limit value. In addition, a totality of the prizes has a prize structure that is representative of a modeled prize structure of an apparatus that exceeds the prize constraint limit on a per wager basis.

  • Publication number: 20070278787
Abstract: Apparatus and method for quickly disconnecting a wetted parts subassembly from a paint spray gun wherein the wetted parts subassembly includes a spray tip, pump cylinder and piston and paint cup components including a pump housing cylinder support carrying the pump cylinder and having a pair of protrusions formed on a pump housing cylinder support, a frame having a pair of slots aligned to receive the protrusions when the pump housing cylinder support is received in the frame, a locking lever pivotably attached to the frame adjacent at least one of the slots and movable between a latched position wherein the pump housing cylinder support is retained to the frame, and an unlatched position wherein the pump housing cylinder support is removable from the frame.

  • Publication number: 20040018149
Abstract: The present invention relates to methods for cultivating dermal fibroblasts, methods for preparing in vitro dermis equivalents, methods for preparing three-dimensional in vitro skin equivalents, an in vitro dermis equivalent, a three-dimensional in vitro skin equivalent, and methods for determining the effect of a chemical substance or of an agent on human skin cells using the in vitro dermis equivalent and/or the in vitro skin equivalent.

  • Patent number: 6220961
Abstract: A lottery-type game is played with a first level game and at least one second level or additional level game. The first level game includes a plurality of first level game records, each having an associated outcome. At least one outcome is a negotiable outcome. The second level game is related to the negotiable outcome of the first level game and includes a plurality of second level game records. According to the present gaming method, a player is enabled to view a first level game representation associated with a particular one of the first level game records. This first level game representation indicates the outcome associated with the particular first level game record. When this first level outcome is the negotiable outcome, the player may choose to view a second level game representation which indicates the outcome of a particular one of the second level game records.

  • Patent number: 6028328
Abstract: DH-PHEMT on a GaAs substrate, with a mixed crystal composition that is varied in the channel in such a way that the lower boundary of the conduction band is lowered toward the gate contact, and advantages of an SH-PHEMT are thereby simultaneously realized. For this purpose, the channel is for example InGaAs, and the In portion x of the In.sub.x Ga.sub.1-x As of the channel is increased in a step from 0.2 to 0.3 in the direction toward the gate contact.
