  • Patent number: 12000694
Abstract: A computer-implemented method automatically produces a test plan for measuring a measured object. The method includes obtaining a desired dataset of the measured object. The method includes providing a starting pattern. The providing comprises producing a division. The producing the division comprises applying at least one division function. The division has a plurality of division indices. The method includes producing a target pattern by generating a comparison between the desired dataset and the division. At least one division index is adapted in response to a deviation of the division from the desired dataset. The method includes creating at least one element with at least one piece of pattern information in the test plan in accordance with the target pattern.

  • Patent number: 6998464
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of preparing a solution of a polymer comprising recurring azole units, which comprises dissolving a sufficiently dried polymer comprising recurring azole units of the formula where the radicals Ar, Ar1 and Ar2 are tetravalent, divalent or trivalent aromatic or heteroaromatic groups and the radicals X, which are identical within a repeating unit, are each an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom or an amino group bearing a hydrogen atom, a group having 1–20 carbon atoms, preferably a branched or unbranched alkyl or alkoxy group, or an aryl group as further radical, in N,N-dimethylacetamide having a sufficiently low water content at a temperature above room temperature under an inert gas atmosphere, wherein a sufficiently dried polymer comprising recurring azole units of the formula (1) or (2) of which 90% by weight based on the total weight of the polymer comprising recurring azole units has a particle size of less than 1 mm is used.

  • Patent number: 6587810
Abstract: The invention relates to a coordinate measurement device comprising a stylus (11) which can be displaced in the coordinate directions (x, y, z) for sampling a workpiece (12), a mechanism (10) with drive units by means of which the stylus can be moved and a control unit (15, 16) for controlling the mechanism. To define the points (pk2) to be sampled on the workpiece, parameters of geometric elements (k1, k2, e1, e2) and parameters of the points (pk1, pk2, pe1, pe2) to be sampled on the corresponding geometric elements are memorized. To be able to modify the measurement sequence of such a coordinate measurement device more easily, the invention provides for the parameters of the points (pk2) to be sampled on a particular geometric element to be memorized separately in relation to a coordinate system (xk2, yk2, zk2) which is specific to the corresponding geornetric element (k2).
