  • Publication number: 20240093183
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the methods and systems for multimodal profiling. The method can include stabilizing a target, performing a tagmentation on the target using an agent, and generating a library using a reverse transcriptase enzyme. The agent can include a Tn5 transposome complex, a Tn5 transposase reagent, or a combination thereof, and the Tn5 transposome complex or the Tn5 transposase reagent can be loaded with an adapter. The reverse transcriptase enzyme can be configured to transcribe DNA from both a DNA template and an RNA template and perform a terminal transferase activity by template switching and an introduction of an adapter sequence into a cDNA and a transposed chromatin of the target.

  • Patent number: 11926639
Abstract: A process for preparing oligo ethylene glycol methyl ether borate involves feeding boric acid and oligo ethylene glycol monomethyl ether into a reactor, and reacting to obtain a raw product containing oligo ethylene glycol methyl ether borate, water, and unreacted boric acid and oligo ethylene glycol monomethyl ether. The raw product is fed to a reactive distillation device and boric acid is reacted with oligo ethylene glycmonomethyl ether for full conversion of boric acid. A distillate stream containing water is transferred from the top of the reactive distillation device to a condenser, and a condensed liquid stream is recycled to the top of the reactive distillation device. A bottom product stream containing oligo ethylene glycol methyl ether borate is withdrawn from the reactive distillation device. The bottom product stream is partially recycled to a reboiler. The resulting vapor stream is recycled to the bottom of the reactive distillation device.

  • Publication number: 20230342754
Abstract: A method of processing communications and actions of parties to a transaction may include receiving a request from a customer to use a virtual card to affect the transaction with a vendor or merchant. The virtual card may have a persistent primary account number (PAN) that enables the virtual card to be used for obtaining financing for multiple transactions without changing the persistent PAN. The method may further include facilitating payment of the vendor or merchant on behalf of the customer in response to the request, establishing a loan for the customer based on the transaction, and facilitating servicing the loan based on an activity of the customer after the loan is established.

  • Patent number: 10855677
Abstract: The application describes an authentication process that incorporates voice commands with an HTTP interface module to perform a multifactor authentication (MFA) process. For example, a first computer system may initiate the MFA process by sending, with a HTTP interface module maintained by the first computer system, a request to initiate the MFA process to the second computer system. The MFA process may also transmit an one-time password (OTP) to a first user device. The first computer system may receive an audible recitation of the OTP from a second user device. The OTP may be parsed and used to generate an HTTP request. The HTTP interface module may send the HTTP request to the second computer system. When the second computer system authenticates the user based at least in part on the non-audible file, the first computer system may receive confirmation of authentication of the user to initiate the transaction.

  • Publication number: 20140200446
Abstract: An instrument adapted for the infusion of a catheter into a vessel or performing a biopsy procedure is in the form of a needle with an OCT probe affixed adjacent its distal end. An optics cable extends from the probe to an optoelectronics module which supplies light to, receives reflected light from the probe and deciphers the reflected light to form an image of the tissue 2-3 mm in from to the probe. A catheter may be placed over the instrument for insertion into a vessel or vein or the instrument may be provided with a tissue receiving channel for biopsy use.

  • Publication number: 20120130295
Abstract: A universally adjustable cervical collar is in the form of a U-shaped base with a front joined to a pair of rearwardly extending wings. Left and right planar chin supports are pivotally connected at their distal ends to the distal ends to of respective wings with a chin piece connected between the upper proximal ends of the chin supports. An adjustable latch is individually coupled between each wing and the lower proximal end of the associated chin supports.
