  • Patent number: 11507496
Abstract: A method for generating an automated test configured to test a system under test. The system under test has a plurality of operational states, at least one operational state having one or more executable actions associated therewith operable to execute predetermined operations and/or transition the system under test between operational states. The method includes the steps of: defining a model of the system under test comprising a plurality of model states; defining one or more selectable model actions; associating one or more test description sections with one or more model actions; selecting a sequence of model actions; and utilising the test description sections associated with the selected sequence of model actions to define a sequence of operation commands for execution on the system under test as an automated test.

  • Publication number: 20220366027
Abstract: Measurements of biometric information of a user are obtained over time, such as blood glucose measurements. These biometric measurements are typically obtained by a wearable biometric information monitoring device being worn by the user. These biometric measurements are used by various different systems, such as a computing device of the user or a biometric information monitoring platform that receives biometric measurements from multiple different users. The biometric measurements are used for various security aspects, such as one or more of part of multi-factor authentication of the user, generating security keys (e.g., connection keys, encryption keys), identifying biometric measurements associated with different user identifiers but the same use, and protecting biometric measurements so as to be retrievable only by a recipient associated with an additional computing device, and so forth.

  • Patent number: 11500168
Abstract: An electrical connector includes a heat dissipation module with a first end and a second end opposed to the first end and two receptacle connectors located at the second end. The first and second ends define a transceiver-mating direction such that, when a transceiver is inserted into the first end of the heat dissipation module in the transceiver-mating direction, the transceiver mates with one of the two receptacle connectors, and in the heat dissipation module, air flows parallel to the transceiver-mating direction between the first and second ends and flows between the two receptacle connectors.

  • Patent number: 11450421
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed that provide smart alerts to users, e.g., alerts to users about diabetic states that are only provided when it makes sense to do so, e.g., when the system can predict or estimate that the user is not already cognitively aware of their current condition, e.g., particularly where the current condition is a diabetic state warranting attention. In this way, the alert or alarm is personalized and made particularly effective for that user. Such systems and methods still alert the user when action is necessary, e.g., a bolus or temporary basal rate change, or provide a response to a missed bolus or a need for correction, but do not alert when action is unnecessary, e.g., if the user is already estimated or predicted to be cognitively aware of the diabetic state warranting attention, or if corrective action was already taken.

  • Patent number: 11412877
Abstract: The system for parcel transport and tracking that operates responsive to data bearing records includes a plurality of geographically spaced repositories. The exemplary repositories each include an interior area comprised of a plurality of enclosed compartment spaces. Access to each of the enclosed compartment spaces is controlled by a respective door which is in operative connection with a respective lock. Repositories are constructed to provide a secure enclosure for the parcels housed therein when exposed to a range of environmental and operating conditions. Central control circuitry in operative connection with the repositories is operative to control access to the compartment spaces and cause the compartments to be selectively accessible so that selected parcels may be placed therein or removed therefrom.

  • Patent number: 11399721
Abstract: Systems and methods for remote and host monitoring communication are disclosed. In some implementations, monitoring systems can comprise a host monitoring device associated with a Host communicatively coupled to one or more remote monitoring devices associated with Remote Monitors. The host monitoring device can send communications based at least in part on analyte measurements of a Host sensor and/or other contextual data giving such measurements context. Different remote monitoring devices can receive different communications based at least in part on the role of the respective Remote Monitors relative to the Host. These roles can be reflected in classifications of Remote Monitors.
