The covalent bond is, for example, between the epoxide group and a hydroxyl group of the inorganic component. The quaternary ammonium salt containing the epoxide group can be poly(methyldiallylamine epichlorohydrin). Further, the quaternary ammonium salt containing the epoxide group can have the formula according to I: wherein n is in the range of 5 to 24.
