Publication number: 20260050911Abstract: The present technology relates to techniques for integrating centralized custodial services and DeFi services. In one aspect of the technology, a platform stores a cryptographic key associated with a user of the platform. The user instructs the platform of a first digital asset to transfer from a centralized custodial service to a DeFi service in exchange for a second digital asset. Based on these instructions, the platform causes the centralized custodial service to transmit the first digital asset to a self-executing computer program of the platform. The platform then transmits the cryptographic key, as well as the instructions, to the self-executing computer program. Upon receipt of the cryptographic key, the instructions, and the first digital asset, the self-executing computer program executes, transmitting the first digital asset to the DeFi service and causing the DeFi service to transmit the second digital asset to the centralized custodial service.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 13, 2025Publication date: February 19, 2026Inventors: Thomas Harrison, Vincent DePalma

Patent number: 10764964Abstract: A heating apparatus for a gas chromatography column is described. The GC column heating apparatus includes a conical heater assembly comprising a heating element between an inner layer and an outer layer. The apparatus can also include optionally an outer cowl and/or an inner cowl surrounding the conical heater assembly. The conical heater assembly rapidly increases the temperature of the column by conductive heating. The selection of shape (in particular, the cone angle of a conical heater) and materials allows the GC column to adapt to expansion that occurs upon heating. A gas chromatography (GC) column heating and cooling apparatus is also described, in which the heater and outer cowl define a flowpath through which a cooling fluid can pass and cool the GC column.Type: GrantFiled: October 7, 2015Date of Patent: September 1, 2020Assignee: AGILENT TECHNOLOGIES, INC.Inventors: Thomas Harrison, Sammye Elizabeth Traudt, William H Wilson

Publication number: 20080093143Abstract: A conventional vehicle can be turned into a semi-hybrid vehicle using an ultra capacitor, a self-charging motor, and a number of different other components configured to maximize usage of vehicle waste kinetic energy. In one implementation, detected deceleration of the semi-hybrid vehicle causes the self-charging motor to pass electrical power to the ultra capacitor. In one implementation, the self-charging motor can also be used to further decelerate, or brake, the vehicle. After deceleration, such as upon accelerating the vehicle, the self-charging motor initially draws power from the ultra capacitor to add torque to the drive shaft, which can significantly reduce required fuel consumption. In another implementation, the semi-hybrid vehicle is configured to differentially engage refrigerant compressor power sources so that the refrigerant compressor can be synchronized with a mechanical power source before engaging.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 26, 2007Publication date: April 24, 2008Inventor: Thomas Harrison

Publication number: 20070004524Abstract: A plurality of pressure-sensitive adhesive labels on a single sheet, having a blank surface, a solid colored surface, or an imprinted design adapted to help align a golf club while targeting when one or a plurality of the labels are attached to any variety of golf club head. The labels comprise circular and semi-circular shapes, are between ? inch and 2 inches in diameter, and are removable without damaging the golf club head. The imprinted designs comprise a single line, two parallel, crossed lines, or a plurality of dots, triangles, squares, rectangles, or other geometric shapes, colored to contrast with a background color so that they are clearly visible and facilitate the alignment of the golf club.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 29, 2006Publication date: January 4, 2007Inventor: Thomas Harrison
