Abstract: The present invention relates to a drain system for recovering thermal energy from a flow of shower or faucet greywater. The drain system comprises: a drain collector having a receiving surface for receiving greywater, and a drain collector outlet formed in the receiving surface for discharging greywater from the receiving surface; a heat exchanger configured to heat a flow of incoming cold water with the greywater; an upstream filter and a downstream filter, arranged to filter the greywater flowing along the receiving surface to the drain collector outlet, wherein the upstream filter comprises a first filter screen protruding from the receiving surface and the downstream filter comprises a second filter screen arranged upstream the drain collector outlet.

Abstract: A sheetstock including a base sheet including a cut or perforated shaped area that is separable from the base sheet and a film layer adhered to and confined to a top surface of the shaped area is described. The sheetstock may also include embossments and raised areas or bumps. The film layers may be die cut or cut using a laser. Also described are processes for forming a card form in a sheetstock, and processes for forming offset embossments.

Abstract: A sheetstock includes a sheet, a film layer laminated to the sheet, and an embossment in the sheet surface having a height about the same as a high of the film layer.

Abstract: An album sheet includes a binding edge and an opposite, outside edge. A film is attached to the sheet and extends along at least a portion of the opposite, outside edge. The film can be wrapped around the outside edge so that a portion of the film is on each side of the sheet. The sheet can include a mounting strip and a flexible film strip connecting the mounting strip to the binding edge of the sheet such that there is a gap between the mounting strip and the sheet. The flexible film strip can be wrapped around an outer, spine edge of the mounting strip. A plastic overlay can be attached to one edge of the sheet and dimensioned to cover at least a portion of the sheet.

Abstract: Reinforced paper tabs for use in xerographic reproduction equipment. The tabs include a thin reinforcing film that may optionally be recessed into the thickness of the paper sheet, or may merely be very thin with respect to the thickness of the paper sheet, thus permitting the tabbed sheets to be fed through conventional xerographic reproduction equipment for use in production of booklets and the like. Preferably the reinforcing film includes an outer heat activatable adhesive layer that is melt compatible with xerographic toner, so that xerographic images can be permanently reproduced on the reinforced tabs. The invention also relates to methods of manufacturing and collating such tabbed sheets from web stock.
