    Abstract: A hydrofoil attaches to a long-handled swimming pool brush pole at a fixed angle that forces the brush against the pool wall on a forward stroke. It pulls the brush away from the wall on a reverse stroke. Forces between hydrofoil and brush and pole are distributed by multiple pole clamps and contact of foil edge against the head of the brush.
