The wrist watch and band protector has a substantially circular body portion, a pair of extensions formed on and emanating from the body portion such that each extension of the pair of extensions are disposed mutually opposite each other on the body portion and are colinear, and fastener for fastening each extension of the pair of extensions around the wrist watch so that the wrist watch crystal, the wrist watch in general, and the wrist watch band, are protected from breakage.
