The front portion is connected to the rear portion. The front portion is moveable between an extended position and a retracted position. The back wall is connected to the base. The first sidewall is connected to the base. The second sidewall is connected to the base opposite the first sidewall. A neck strap is connectable to the first sidewall and the second sidewall.
