Patent number: 10334892Abstract: A chest wall adapter device provides pressure to the inframammary fold areas of a user's chest to manage settling of breast implants and/or manipulate position and shape of breast tissue. The chest wall adapter device has a shelf that extends along an underside of the breast so as to correspond to a contour of the underside of the breast, and has a lip integrally formed with the shelf extending in a direction substantially perpendicular to the shelf, where the lip presses against a chest wall of the user at a location beneath the breast. The intersection of the shelf and the lip of the chest wall adapter device forms a curved edge corresponding to a contour of an inframammary fold of the breast.Type: GrantFiled: July 31, 2018Date of Patent: July 2, 2019Assignee: Hubbard Innovations, Inc.Inventor: Thomas J. Hubbard

Patent number: 4742783Abstract: For continuous combustion air control in a hazardous waste incinerator, two signals are generated which totalize the air required on a fuel supplied basis. One signal is responsive to measured totalized fuel flow and this total can include fuel flow signals which are limited to the fraction of available air which corresponds to the fuel flow. The other signal is responsive to the totalized fuel flow that is commanded for maintaining an incinerator condition. In use the signal which requires the greater air flow is selected as the actual control signal for combustion air, and this control signal is biased to increase the air flow to obtain complete combustion of the hazardous waste by a controller acting on the measured amount of oxygen in the flue gas. In this manner the combustion air is manipulated in parallel with the waste fuel and if the fuel flow is limited by the available air, the air flow is limited to match the limited fuel flow.Type: GrantFiled: August 6, 1987Date of Patent: May 10, 1988Assignee: Phillips Petroleum CompanyInventors: Ronald J. LaSpisa, Thomas J. Hubbard, Merle R. Likins, Jr.

Patent number: 4739714Abstract: The flow rate of multiple fuel streams supplied to an incinerator are controlled so as to provide maximum temperature and heat release conditions in the incinerator that will allow complete combustion of hazardous waste fuel. In addition, a minimum temperature for the incinerator is maintained by manipulating the flow rate of an auxiliary fuel such as natural gas, that is also supplied to the incinerator. In use, a control signal for manipulating a waste fuel flow is selected as the lowest signal of signals representative of a maximum temperature for the incinerator, a maximum heat release rate for the incinerator, a maximum heat release rate for a particular waste fuel, a maximum pressure for the incinerator, and the combustion air available.Type: GrantFiled: August 6, 1987Date of Patent: April 26, 1988Assignee: IncinatrolInventors: Ronald J. LaSpisa, Thomas J. Hubbard

Patent number: 4649386Abstract: In a system in which a continuous, periodically repeated, pulse duration type signal is utilized to transmit information to a computer, the pulse duration type signal is converted into a series of clock pulses. The clock pulses are then counted for a period of time equal to the repetition period of the pulse duration type signal. This count is then latched and transferred to the computer to thereby accomplish the transfer of information to a computer by means of a continuous, periodically repeated, pulse duration type signal.Type: GrantFiled: July 29, 1983Date of Patent: March 10, 1987Assignee: Phillips Petroleum CompanyInventors: Robert E.
