The device comprises a shaft extending between a first end connected to a handle, and a second end connected to a lever, A hook is connected to the shaft proximate the second end, and the lever points generally opposite the direction of the hook. A tube is connected to the shaft proximate the second end. The tube has a passageway defined by at least one wall and at least one opening.
