Abstract: A dispensing device for dispensing carbonated beverage from a bottle having a screw-on cap, includes a body having a cap-engaging aperture, the cap-engaging aperture having able to engage the screw-on cap of the bottle to unscrew the cap in a bottle-inverted orientation for dispensing. According to one embodiment, the body comprises a concave member with a concave side and a convex side and having the cap-engaging aperture in a central region thereof, the concave side providing a collection area for beverage dispensed from the bottle and the concave member having at least one through opening for draining the beverage from the curved member. An alternate embodiment provides a handled dispensing device. A further embodiment provides a concave member that is formed with or fixed to the bottle cap.

Abstract: A chip dispenser for dispensing a plurality of poker chips has a base with upper and lower surfaces and an outer wall through which extend a plurality of slides. Extending upward of the base is a plurality of tubular members for retaining chips. The thickness of each of the slides is chosen to be approximately equal to the number of chips to be dispensed with the actuation of each such slide. Upon actuation of a slide, the chips are moved to a cavity within the base and allowed to fall through a centralized hole in the bottom surface thereof and into a retainer.
