  • Patent number: 11247158
Abstract: A filter system for a containment through which a gas flows, comprising at least one filter unit. First docking means on the filter unit removably connect the filter unit to a receiving port of the containment. The filter unit further has a closure element having an adjusting mechanism to block and open an entry into the filter unit. A drive unit can be connected to the adjusting mechanism. The connection between the adjusting mechanism and the drive unit is preferably dockable. The drive unit has a motor preferably in the form of an electric motor with a pinion or a gear. The transmission ratio of the motor to the transmission part is greater than 1:20, preferably greater than 1:30, for example 1:33. A control unit can switch and monitor the position of a plurality of closure elements according to a program. The adjusting mechanism can also be actuated manually.

  • Publication number: 20180280852
Abstract: The invention relates to a filter system designed for a containment (1) through which a gas flows, comprising at least one filter unit (2). First docking means (253) on the filter unit (2) are designed to removably connect the filter unit (2) to a receiving port (17) of the containment (1). The filter unit (2) further has a closure element (27) which can be adjusted by means of an adjusting mechanism (29) and which is used to block and open an entry (203) into the filter unit (2). In order to actuate the adjusting mechanism (29), a drive unit (3) which can be connected to the adjusting mechanism is provided. The connection between the adjusting mechanism (29) of the filter unit (2) and the drive unit (3) is also preferably designed to be dockable. The drive unit (3) has a motor (33) for driving a rotatably mounted transmission part (30), preferably in the form of an electric motor with a pinion or a gear.

  • Publication number: 20150090542
Abstract: The invention relates to a locking device to radially lock a rotatable cylindrical element, where the locking device (1) comprises a roller element (2) and at least a first inclined surface (3). The locking device is arranged to be positioned in relation to a cylindrical surface (13) around the cylindrical element (12) in such a way that the distance between a starting point (10) of the first inclined surface (3) and the cylindrical surface (13) is larger than the diameter of the roller element (2) and that the distance between an end point (11) of the first inclined surface (3) and the cylindrical surface (13) is smaller than the diameter of the roller element (2). The locking device further comprises means (6) to selectively enable the roller element (2) to be distanced from the cylindrical surface (13). The advantage of the invention is that a locking device can be obtained in an easy and cost-effective way.

  • Publication number: 20130288352
Abstract: The bioindicator (1) intended for verifying the effectiveness of a sterilization process carried out in a working chamber (90) of a containment system initially has an outer microporous envelope (3) which is permeable to a sterilizing agent (8) but impermeable to microorganisms (20). The carrier (2) accommodated in the interior (10) of the bioindicator (1) is provided with a determined quantity and type of microorganisms (20). The envelope (3) comprises a fixing means (4) which is intended for temporarily and detachably positioning the bioindicator (1) in the working chamber (90). The fixing means (4) is an adhesive strip which is provided with a detachable coating (40). The carrier (2) may be detachably fixed in the interior of the envelope (3) by means of a receptacle (30). The receptacle (30) takes the form of a pocket, an adhesive joint or tear-off point. On the outer surface (34), the envelope (3) has a labeling area (33) to which a symbol carrier (5) may be affixed permanently or detachably.

  • Patent number: 7511442
Abstract: To obtain an improved possibility of establishing the causes of failure in linear drive devices with an electric drive, operational data logging means shall be provided for logging data in connection with operational loads and/or an operating state of the electric drive, which occur over a certain period of time, wherein the operational data logging means can be connected to the power connection means for data logging. Means for storing data, which are based on a plurality of measurements of the same measured variable, which measurements are performed one after another, make it possible to log and evaluate data over a long period of time, preferably during the entire service life of the linear drive device. The measurements are carried out during the use of the linear drive device (14) during which it is in a loaded state.
