  • Patent number: 7976034
Abstract: A foldable skateboard comprising a center deck, a front deck, and a rear deck, is provided. The foldable skateboard also comprises a pair of articulated pivot devices fixed between the center deck and each of the front and rear decks. The side edges of the front deck, center deck, and rear deck being mutually substantially co-aligned when each articulated pivot device is in a first extended position. The top surfaces of the front deck, center deck, and rear deck being mutually substantially coplanar when each articulated pivot device is in the first extended position. The top surfaces of the front and rear decks inverted with respect to the center deck when each articulated pivot device is in a collapsed position.

  • Patent number: 7141158
Abstract: A debris separating apparatus for use in downspout below an eaves trough comprises a main housing having a water and debris inlet, a water outlet, and a debris outlet. A debris deflector mounted within the main housing between the water and debris inlet and the water outlet is sloped downwardly towards the debris outlet and has a plurality of parallel slots that permit water to pass from the water and debris inlet to the water outlet. A rotatable debris ejecting member has outwardly projecting fingers and water receiving receptacles mounted on the fingers. The debris ejecting member is rotatably mounted within the main housing beneath the debris deflector such that the outwardly projecting fingers project through the slots in the debris deflector and such that the outwardly projecting fingers travel along the slots in the debris deflector as the debris ejecting member rotates, to thereby eject debris accumulated on the top of the debris deflector.

  • Patent number: 7004348
Abstract: A paint tray comprises a main body member having an interior surface and an exterior surface, and including a bottom floor, a right side wall, a left side wall, a pan end wall, and a reservoir end wall, wherein the right side wall, the left side wall, the pan end wall and the reservoir end wall each extend upwardly from the bottom floor to terminate in an upper edge. A plurality of apertures are disposed in the main body member. In use, tape is adhered to the exterior surface of the main body member at the plurality of apertures. A thin liner is placed onto the main body member at its interior surface so as to adhere to the adhesive surface of the tape at the plurality of apertures.

  • Publication number: 20030027653
Abstract: A golf ball teeing device comprises a base member and a hopper. A golf ball delivery track is substantially straight between its proximal end and its distal end, and is mounted adjacent the proximal end on the base member for substantially vertical travel between a lowered rest position and a raised ball teeing position. A golf ball placement aperture is disposed adjacent the distal end. A support receives the golf balls in seriatim from the hopper and presents each received golf ball for subsequent delivery to the track. An actuation mechanism moves the golf ball delivery track from the lowered rest position to the raised ball teeing position and subsequently back to the lowered rest position, and permits selective delivery of the golf balls presented by the support sequentially onto the golf ball delivery track for subsequent placement on the tee.

  • Publication number: 20030027654
Abstract: A golf ball teeing device comprises a base member, a hopper, and a golf ball delivery track mounted on the base member for pivotal movement between a vertical rest position and a horizontal ball teeing position. A support receives the golf balls from the hopper and presents each golf ball for delivery to the track. A vertical motion transfer member moves with the proximal end of the golf ball delivery track. An actuation mechanism comprising a paddle mounted for pivotal movement in a rotational direction opposite to the golf ball delivery track. The actuation mechanism moves the vertical motion transfer member, to thereby move the golf ball delivery track from the vertical rest position to the horizontal ball teeing position and back again, and permits selective delivery of the golf balls onto the golf ball delivery track for subsequent placement on the tee.
