  • Patent number: 11209553
Abstract: Methods, devices, and systems for tracking an asset are provided. In particular, a device is provided that includes an array of sensors and communications modules configured to detect tracking information, including environmental conditions and physical events, and report the tracking information along with a geographical location of the device to a control server across a wireless network. Upon receiving the tracking information, the control server interprets the information and generates tracking reports for the device configured to be displayed to a graphical user interface of a third-party communication device.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: October 28, 2019
Date of Patent: December 28, 2021
    Assignee: Flex Ltd.

  • Publication number: 20200065759
Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and logistics operation management platform that can efficiently and effectively configure factors of product development, production, supply chains, and logistic operations and dynamically control such factors, supply chain and logistics to optimize performance. The platform will also provide the means of selectively and securely displaying data related to production factors, logistics, and supply chain to enable real-time monitoring to support the sales, financial management, or post sales process.

    Publication date: February 27, 2020
Inventors: Michael M. McNamara, Thomas K. Linton, Nader K. Mikhail
  • Patent number: 10146214
Abstract: According to one embedment, a supply chain monitoring system can collect performance information from a server associated with each of a tier 1 control tower, tier 2 product assembler, tier 3 part and/or component manufacturer, and tier 4 material supplier to monitor a performance of one or more functions of a supply chain. The system obtains event information regarding an event potentially adversely impacting performance of the supply chain, determines a range of disruption of the event indicating a likely spatial range impacted by the event, and compares the range of disruption of the event against the supply chain to determine that a supply chain component has been impacted by the event.
    Type: Grant
