Abstract: A cut-in repair coupling for connecting two free ends of a pipeline from which a section of pipe has been removed. The coupling includes a first sleeve and second sleeve which telescopically fit over the free ends of the pipeline, each of the sleeves being of an axial length less than the length of the section of pipe being repaired and the sum of the lengths of the sleeves being greater than the section of pipe being repaired. The coupling further includes two glands with sealing members therein used in conjunction with a nut and bolt assembly to tightly seal and make-up the repair coupling.
