  • Patent number: 12534354
Abstract: The invention relates to a production system for producing, processing and/or filling containers and to a method for the production control and/or system specification of this production system. According to the invention, at least one visually imperceptible intensive state variable or material characteristic of components of the containers, which components are provided as solid bodies, is measured in the area of the production system with respect to the batch and/or object in question. Furthermore, at least one production process proceeding therein for treating and/or transporting the components/containers by machine is controlled on the basis of the measured material characteristic and/or intensive state variable. In this way, quality fluctuations of the components can be quantified and can be used both in the control and in a simulation of the individual production processes in order to optimize these production processes and the associated process units.

  • Publication number: 20250004449
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for operating mechatronic functional modules for the production, processing, inspection and/or intermodular transport of containers for liquid products in a production system, and to a corresponding production system. According to the invention, the functional modules each store, in machine-readable form, individually assigned initial design data and specification data and initial topological data at least regarding the product flow in the production system and the communication between the functional modules. Because the functional modules are also controlled using the initial design data, specification data and/or topological data, production processes and maintenance measures can be particularly flexibly carried out, in a decentralized way, with greater efficiency and with the possibility of intermodular data transfer.

  • Publication number: 20150019279
Abstract: A filling installation having at least one component, where for each component first data relating to a planned operation are available, and each component generates second data relating to malfunctioning, each component designed to make available the first and second data at a data interface, the data interface designed to transmit the first and second data to a data collector and/or to receive queries of the data collector and, in response to a query, to transmit the first and second data to the data collector. The data collector is designed to receive and/or to query the first and the second data of the at least one component and to establish at least one work list based thereon, and having at least one mobile information unit that is designed to represent a work list. Also, a computer-implemented method for the automatic establishment of a work list.

  • Publication number: 20140251523
Abstract: A labeling machine and a method for labeling containers are provided. The labeling machine comprises at least one a labeling module for labeling containers with a label, and a connection device for connecting a labeling module to an electric current line with which electric current can be supplied to the labeling module for operating the labeling module, wherein the connection device it configured such that a data link for transmitting a data signal between the labeling module and the labeling machine is realized via the connection for the electric current line. Alternatively, it is possible, as well, to configure the connection device for transmitting in non-contact a data signal between the labeling module and the labeling machine.
