Abstract: A sports shoe is proposed which comprises an upper and a sole, the latter having its bottom side provided with a pattern of traction assisting means for penetrating the surface of a lawn or hard court, in which the walking sole is directly bonded to the interior of the upper by injection-molding for reducing the weight and simultaneously maintaining the mechanical strength and flexibility, and only the traction assisting means project towards outside through the upper.

Abstract: There is proposed a finger protector for a sports glove, including a plate that is connected in one piece with strips to be associated to several fingers of one hand, each strip consisting of a chain of members which are connected in one piece with each other and can be moved relative to each other in two opposite directions by means of through holes extending transverse to the chain direction, and a member band with nipples which are pushed into the through holes. The invention further relates to a sports glove incorporating such finger protector.

Abstract: In a ball case consisting of two-dimensional blanks which are connected with each other at their edges, with the surface of the ball case having a pattern of two different groups of polygons, it is suggested for reducing the number of the two-dimensional blanks and for reducing the overall seam length to combine a first group of polygons consisting of three-armed star-shaped areas with a second group of polygons integrally formed from partial areas of one equilateral triangle and of three equilateral pentagons in such a manner that the pentagonal areas are situated at the points of the corners of the triangle and an imaginary corner and/or the centre of each of the pentagons lies on the perpendicular bisector of the opposite side of the triangle.

In each of these surfaces there are embedded at least two threaded inserts (6) that serve for receiving traction elements (7 to 10) capable of being screwed in. The shoe is characterized in that the at least one carrier surface (3 to 5) has such a geometric shape and the threaded inserts (6) in the at least one carrier surface (3 to 5) are positioned such that several interchangeable sets of different traction elements (7 to 10) are able to be screwed into the threaded inserts (6).
