  • Publication number: 20230356120
Abstract: A filter bag for a rotary disk filter, which is used to filter wastewater, has a filter material with a mounting opening, via which the filter bag can be slipped over a support frame of the rotary disk filter during a mounting step in order to form a filter module. The filter material has an exit opening that is situated opposite the mounting opening and allows filtrate to exit the interior of the filter module into a central pipe of the rotary disk filter. A reinforcement is connected to the filter material at an edge delimiting the mounting opening and fixes the filter bag at the support frame. A filter module and a rotary disk filter are disclosed.

  • Patent number: 11654381
Abstract: A rotary disk filter has a central pipe and multiple filter disks arranged around and connected to the central pipe., wherein each filter disk includes multiple filter modules arranged adjacent to one another in the circumferential direction of the central pipe, each having a base frame and two filter elements, which include a filter surface connected to a filter frame. The base frame and the two filter elements delimit a cavity fluidically connected to the central pipe. The filter frames are detachably connected to both sides of the base frame, and removable from the base frame and replaceable with new filter elements. Each filter module is fixed at the central pipe with a threaded spindle independently of the remaining filter modules, wherein the threaded spindle extends through the filter module in the radial direction with respect to the central pipe.

  • Publication number: 20130264269
Abstract: This invention refers to a device for separating and removing sieved material from a flowing liquid such as sewage, in which case the device has a sieve grate (1) with a sieve surface with a front side (2) pointing upstream while the device is operating, in which case the device has a supplementary grate (3) in a lower area of the sieve grate (1) placed upstream before the sieve grate (1), in which case the device has a drive (24) and a cleaning rake (4) that can be driven to revolve in a conveying direction with the help of the drive (24), in which case the operating cleaning rake (4) is moveable along at least one partial section of the front side (2) of the sieve grate (1) in order to remove the held-back sieved material and transport it towards a discharge opening (5) and wherein the cleaning rake (4) can be moved along a back side (6) of the supplementary grate (3) pointing downstream while it is moving in order to remove sieved material held back by the supplementary grate (3) and transport it towards a

  • Publication number: 20110056883
Abstract: The invention refers to a filter segment for use in a filtration device, especially a rotating filter for filtering liquids with a frame element (1) made at least partly of plastic and a filtration surface enclosing it, in which at least a flat filter material (2) spanning the filtration surface is embedded. According to the invention, it is suggested that within the frame element (1) at least one reinforcement (3) is arranged, for example, like a reinforcement frame and/or individual reinforcing elements traversing the entire frame element (1).

  • Publication number: 20050016908
Abstract: An apparatus for the separation and removal of solid waste material from a flowing liquid (2), for instance, wastewater, includes two endless, circulating chains (7), which are partially immersed in the liquid. The chains exhibit links (15) which, by means of pivotal joints (16) are bound together. Between the two chains (7) are placed sieve elements (8) which, respectively, are rigidly affixed to each link (15). Successive sieve elements (8) overlap each other in the running direction of the chain (7) in the area of the pivotal joint (16) of the links (15).
